Appointments are generally available within 1-2 days. Service consultants are friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions. Technicians usually over-fill the crankcase oil by about half a quart, a potential problem.
Friendly service. Been coming here since 2019. Have had to bring my car back two times due to issues but all in all it’s business. The service department does not check their general voicemail.

Service is great. The only downside is no loaner cars. Many VW dealerships do provide loaners.

Kirsten is phenomenal at her job. She was very proactive in helping us to find options when we thought we might need to leave our car longer than expected due to a new recall. I also want to commend the technician who worked on our car late into the night so in the end we were able to drive away in our own car after all. We live about 2 hours away from the dealer so getting there and back can be quite a hassle. Kirsten and the crew's dedication and efficiency was highly appreciated.

Great customer service. The only issue is that I had to go back to the dealership because according to the finance manger I forgot to sign some part of the lease contract. So I went back and signed it then I just got another call that there is more to sign that was still missed. Not sure how you can walk out of a dealership with a new car and not have all the paperwork in order. Ed and Lorie at Hansel VW Collision were exempilary in ordering new parts for our 2016 Touareg TDI. Their workmanship was the best quality and precision. The only negative experience was VW’s ‘Supply Chain’ breakdown in Germany. Our car was down for 1 year & 1 month. We incurred almost $10,000 in rent-a-car bills, for an accident that was not our fault, because of VW’s parts delays. Plus we had 1 year + of car payments for a vehicle that was down. Because of VW’s ‘supply chain’problem, our car was down for 1 year and 1 month. That hurt us financially. I contacted VW Customer Service- spoke with Colin, Kiki G, Pete N-Supervisor and was stalled and stonewalled from real resolution as they wouldn’t connect me with who would solve this situation. The supply chain breakdown is VW’s responsabity and opportunity to ‘Do the Right Thing’. Otherwise, it is a breach of Trust in VW.
